Bolton Wanderers wing-back Saidy Janko is hoping for a future at parent club Manchester United.
Janko struck on debut in victory over Fulham.
He confirmed: "I want to prove myself here at Bolton and then maybe I can show United I can get another contract there. "We will see; the doors are open.
"I was surprised by the move. I didn't really know until after the Liverpool game last Monday.
"The coach told me - in fact he dragged me out of the shower - and told me that if I wanted to go out on loan Bolton Wanderers wanted me. I thought it was a great opportunity for regular first team football."
