Bolton Wanderers have signed Emile Heskey to a permanent deal.

The former Liverpool and Aston Villa striker had been training with the Trotters for the past ten days.

Neil Lennon's side now require international clearance in order for the 36-year-old to be eligible to feature against Blackburn on Boxing Day.
