Bolton Wanderers are set to land Watford defender Danny Shittu in a £2 million agreement.

Bolton manager Gary Megson has seen his bid for Nigeria centre half Shittu accepted by cash-strapped Watford. And Shittu, 27, who recently rejected a move to Rangers, had a medical on Sunday night and is expected to fly out to meet Megson in Greece on Monday.
