Bolton Wanderers remain hopeful of securing two of their off contract players to new deals.
The Manchester Evening News says talks have been ongoing to keep Jussi Jaaskelainen and Ricardo Gardner at the Reebok.
The pair will soon be out of contract though manager Gary Megson has expressed an intent to offer them new terms.
