Eidur Gudjohnsen is playing for a Bolton Wanderers contract today.
The Sun says Gudjohnsen will line up in a friendly today in a bid to win a deal with former club Bolton.
The former Chelsea and Barcelona striker has been training with the Trotters for the past week.
Dorian Dervite, who played with the Icelander at Tottenham, told the Bolton News: "He's someone who would always be a benefit to us. We will see in a few weeks if he's still with us, but I hope he will be.
"He's a class player, I was with him at Spurs. He hasn't changed much.
"One the ball he has vision, he's clever, and I think he would be a good addition to the squad."
