Bolton boss Coyle plans loan clearout

Bolton Wanderers boss Owen Coyle is planning to clearout the fringe players.

The Mirror says Coyle is keen to launch a mini clear-out to get some rusty Reebok stars back in action.

Midfielder Sean Davis will go on loan after a long injury absence - although he may yet have a Wanderers future.

Robbie Blake is also available and the veteran striker's contract is up. His exit may be permanent.

And left-back Paul Robinson could also leave, with his deal expiring and Coyle happy to give him games elsewhere now Marcos Alonso is recovering from a broken foot.

Young striker Michael O'Halloran could also find a loan home when the window opens again in the Football League on Wednesday.
