Stoke City will hand Bojan Krkic an opportunity to revive his career at the Bet365 Stadium next season, according to reports from the Stoke Sentinel.

Bojan struggled for regular minutes for City last season and as a result, the striker was allowed to leave the club on loan for Bundesliga side Mainz during the January transfer window.

Having failed to impress in Germany as well, it had been expected that Stoke would look to get rid of Bojan on a permanent basis this summer.

But manager Mark Hughes is open to giving the 26-year-old an opportunity to revive his career at the Bet365 Stadium during the upcoming campaign.
