Boca Juniors chief Jorge Anro insists ex-Manchester United striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic is interested in a move to the club.
Previous reports linking the 37-year-old LA Galaxy star with a switch to the Argentine giants had been denied by Ibrahimovic's agent Mino Raiola, although the club's chief has now insisted they would be able to afford the financial package.
Speaking to Mundo Boca Radio, Anro said: "It is true that Ibrahimovic wants to play for Boca and it is true that we are in a position to bring him in.
"The club is in a very good moment institutionally. It is so good financially that it can afford those luxuries. We would be able to pay Zlatan's contract."
