Manchester United's Daley Blind has admitted that he has enjoyed every bit of his debut season since his 'dream move' to Old Trafford.
The versatile 25-year old Holland international joined United from Dutch giants Ajax last summer and after a slow start, was thrilled with his first campaign in England with the famous club.
He said: "It felt great, and it still feels great. It's a club you dream of playing for when you're a little boy, so it feels fantastic."
The Dutchman also had some nice words to say about boss Louis van Gaal who he feels has helped him improve even further since his arrival in Manchester.
Blind added: "I was really excited for that because I knew that he could make players better.
"This year, I think I've learned a lot from him and I'm very happy that he has a lot of confidence in me, and that he brought me to this beautiful club.
"I'm thankful for that. You have to work very hard for him. He asks 100% of you every day, but that's good, it keeps you sharp and makes you better.
"He's very honest too, he knows what he wants and he's always himself - that's a great quality."
