Daley Blind says Manchester United skipper Wayne Rooney quickly made him feel welcome at Old Trafford.
The Dutchman moved from Ajax to Old Trafford on deadline day. And the 24-year-old says his switch has been smoothed by United's new club captain.
Blind said: "Wayne Rooney is really a good guy. He helped me a lot in the beginning with a warm welcome. He's also a very, very good player. I'm happy that I'm in the same team as him."
