Blackpool hope to agree terms with Manchester City striker Paul Dickov.
Chairman Karl Oyston said: "Paul Dickov did fantastically well for us last season.
"Those goals he scored proved vital and steadied the ship to help us stay in the Championship.
"Paul is speaking to Simon Grayson and we're hopeful he will be pledge his future to Blackpool Football Club."
