Blackpool boss rates Burnley as example of good practice

Blackpool boss Ian Holloway looks to local rivals Burnley as a spur for the Seasiders playing in the Premier League. Owen Coyle's Clarets managed to secure promotion to the Premier League last season, despite their relatively small budget compared to some of the more affluent Championship clubs, and Holloway believes his side can follow the example set by the Clarets.

He said: "I want to entertain people by playing good football. I want it to look like Premier League football.

"When I watch Burnley I am proud of them. The way they do it is the right way. I've been inspired the last year or so by watching other people."
