Blackpool boss Ian Holloway says Sir Alex Ferguson had every right to skip their Carling Cup win at Scunthorpe United.
Holloway was absent when his Blackpool side lost 4-3 at MK Dons in the second round of the Carling Cup due to a scouting mission, and he is adamant he did nothing wrong - and neither did Ferguson..
He said: "Sir Alex has to do what he thinks is right. His team still won and you have to trust the man with what he thinks is important for him to do on that night..
"People should just butt out and let us do our jobs."
