Blackburn Rovers defender Andre Ooijer wants a move to PSV Eindhoven.
The Dutch defender, 33, signed a new one-year deal last season but has been left on the substitutes' bench ever since.
Ooijer said: "I appreciated being given a new contract but I have not played much since. I am not happy about that. I do not wish to continuously sit on the bench."
