Blackburn Rovers striker Nick Blackman is eager to extend his loan with Motherwell.
Manager Craig Brown has made it clear he wants to keep Blackman longer and, after Wednesday's hat-trick against St Johnstone, the youngster confirmed he would relish the opportunity to stay in Scotland until the summer.
"Coming to Motherwell has been a brilliant move because, at my age, I need first-team football," he told the Daily Record.
"I am keen to extend things although that's a matter for the two clubs. I'm in the last year of my Blackburn contract but I've not spoken to Sam Allardyce or heard anything."
