Blackburn Rovers captain Ryan Nelsen wants Manchester United to win the Double this season after their 1-1 draw on Saturday.
"This was a very difficult game for them on the eve of their Champions League semi-final against Barcelona at the Nou Camp," the Kiwi told the Lancashire Evening Telegraph.
"I talked to Tony Strudwick, their fitness guy, and he said they all knew this was going to be very difficult, and I would say that point has probably won them the league.
"That point was unbelievably big for them.
"I really hope they go on and win against Barcelona now, and then win the Champions League, because I think they've played the most entertaining football this season.
"It would be great for the Premier League if they did because they've got some exciting players."
