Blackburn Rovers midfielder Tim Payne is reportedly on trial with MLS side Toronto FC.
The 20-year old New Zealand international is believed to be training with the Reds under the tutelage of compatriot Ryan Nelsen according to the Canadian Press.
Payne has been at Blackburn since moving from Waitakere United in 2012 but is yet to feature for the senior side.
Deployed as an attacking midfielder or as a forward, Payne has played 10 times for the All Whites, scoring on two occasions.
