Blackburn Rovers are interested in FC Twente striker Luuk de Jong.
Rovers boss Steve Kean feels his squad remains a striker short and is meeting with agents during the international break to prepare for the winter market.
De Jong features high on his shopping list, though Kean will face competition from Newcastle United and Liverpool.
FC Twente rate De Jong at £10 million.
