Hoffenheim striker Vedad Ibisevic could still move to Blackburn in January after an aborted attempt to sign the player in the summer, claims the players agent, Andreas Sadlo. Rovers had concerns over the 27-year-old's fitness, as he is currently nursing a thigh problem, and the plug was pulled on a deal late on.
Blackburn boss Steve Kean has hinted that he could return for the forward in January and Ibisevic's representative admits they would be willing to re-open discussions.
"A lot can happen in six months but Blackburn was an interesting club," Sadlo told the Lancashire Telegraph.
"We checked the club - the infrastructure, the facilities - and it is interesting for us.
"It was a possibility, there were negotiations but maybe it was not the right moment."
