Blackburn Rovers goalkeeper Paul Robinson has revealed manager Gary Bowyer has kept the players up-to-speed on Jordan Rhodes' future.
Rovers have confirmed they've turned down two offers from Hull City for the striker.
Robinson said: "What's going to happen is completely out of our hands but the manager has been fantastic.
"He was completely honest with us. He said there had been a bid for Jordan and it might happen and might not.
"And he said, 'This is the team if Jordan is here and this is the team if Jordan is not here'.
"That approach was absolutely brilliant."
