Blackburn Rovers are being linked with French legend David Trezeguet.
The Hercules striker is ready to leave the Spanish Liga club over concerns regarding their finances.
Trezeguet's agent, Antonio Caliendo, told Calciomercato.it: "I have now been called by England. There is a British club very interested in Trezeguet and Hercules are considering their important proposal.
"David is available, but we are also considering other possibilities."
It's mooted Trezeguet is a the big name signing the Rao family have been discussing publicly about getting to Rovers this month.
