The Football Magazine is reporting that Freddy Adu is being linked with a potential move to Blackburn Rovers.
The 23-year old forward is edging towards a Philadelphia Union exit and could continue his stop-star career in the English Championship.
It is believed that 'Rovers are currently discussing terms with the Philadelphia Union player and are hopeful of completing a deal before the end of the transfer window.'
