Blackburn to hand Allardyce £2M-a-year deal

Blackburn Rovers chairman John Williams already has drawn up a contract offer for Sam Allardyce as he prepares to lose manager Mark Hughes.

The Sun says Williams has already earmarked Allardyce as Hughes' replacement.

Rovers are ready to offer the former Bolton and Newcastle manager £2m a year. Williams believes he is the man to take the club back into Europe.

Big Sam has been out of work since being sacked by Toon in January.

And he is keen on the challenge at Blackburn.
