Blackburn Rovers chairman John Williams admits interest is arriving for goalkeeper Brad Friedel.
Arsenal, Aston Villa and Manchester City have all been linked with the USA international and Williams said: "There is some interest but Paul Ince's wish is to start the season with Brad Friedel."
