Blackburn Rovers boss Paul Ince says he's only concerned about chairman John Williams' opinion as he battles to keep his job.
"The only opinions that matter to me are what my players think and what the chairman (John Williams) thinks," he told the BBC.
"You are going to go through your rough times and have you highs and lows. Every manager has had it - even the great ones, like Sir Alex Ferguson.
"They make you a better manager and a tougher person. All I was concerned about was that the players performed for me - and they did. That shows they want to play for me."
