Neil Danns had scouts drooling as he banged home a hat-trick for Birmingham City's reserves in yesterday's 3-3 draw with Arsenal.

Danns is wanted by a host of Championship clubs and thumped home a superb hat-trick in a make-shift striker's role.

The former Blackburn midfielder was played out-of-position as new signings Daniel De Ridder, Borja Oubina, Wilson Palacios and fit-again Damien Johnson all were handed midfield roles.
