Despite their humiliation at Aston Villa on Sunday, Birmingham City fans have sold-out St Andrews for this weekend's clash with Liverpool.

The majority made their feelings known to the players - but the club has thrived against the odds in the past and the fans have turned out in their numbers, no doubt hoping that the Champions League exertions of Rafa Benitez's men will have taken their toll on a ground where the Spaniard is yet to taste victory in the Premier League.
