Birmingham City boss Gary Rowett has urged Demarai Gray to wait for Premier League offers to arrive.
Gray has been linked with Chelsea, Liverpool and Everton, though it is Bournemouth which have come forward with an offer this month.
Rowett has held talks with Gray and told him to snub Bournemouth and hold out for a top Premier League club, says the Mirror.
The teenage winger is wanted by the promotion-chasing Cherries who have tabled multiple bids.
