Bilic keeping lid on things as West Ham progress to Europa League play-off round

West Ham United boss Slaven Bilic is keeping a lid on celebrations after the Hammers secured their progress to the Europa League play-off round.

The Hammers defeated Slovenian side NK Domzale 3-0 in their first game at the Olympic Stadium to win the tie 4-2 on aggregate, however, they still have one more hurdle to pass before they can be assured of their participation in the main draw of the tournament.

Bilic said: "It's a good feeling. We played well but we aren't going to go overboard.

"It was difficult psychologically for us but, for the stage we are at, we played really good. We were fit, aggressive and played good football.

"We could have scored more goals, but it was a very mature performance. We played badly in the first leg but a week later we are fresher and closer to the season."

Cheikhou Kouyate scored a first-half double before summer signing Sofiane Feghouli wrapped up proceedings in the 81st minute.
