Real Zaragoza have granted Athletic Bilbao permission to open talks with Oscar Gonzalez.
The attacker is regarded highly by Bilbao coach Joaquin Caparros and is set to jump ship from Zaragoza after their relegation.
Along with Bilbao, Atletico Madrid and Racing Santander are also keen on Oscar.
