Malaga are being linked with unhappy Chelsea striker Fernando Torres.
The big-spending Spanish Liga outfit want to rescue Torres from his Chelsea nightmare and is willing to cough up £25 million to make a January deal happen.
Malaga have spent heavily this year, with the likes of Ruud van Nistelrooy and Santi Cazorla on the books.
The club's owners want Champions League football next season and feel the arrival of Torres, who is regarded highly by coach Manuel Pellegrini, would boost their chances.
