Juventus midfielder Federico Bernardeschi has called on teammates to dig deep to get the team back on track.

Bernardeschi struck in last night's 2-0 win against Cagliari.

He later said, "We know that when difficulties are encountered all the success and merits are forgotten. At the beginning, when we went into difficulty, we were a team but we were not a group. Little by little we managed to create it.

"Then we created ourselves from just a few trips and this has taken away certainties. But in the last month and a half we have rediscovered the desire to sacrifice ourselves, the desire to make an extra run, the desire to watch our teammate and rejoice together.

"The history of Juventus teaches us that objectives are achieved with sacrifice and the desire to work. We are not Real Madrid, we are not a team that can afford to go on the pitch with our nose up in the air."
