AC Milan president Silvio Berlusconi held crisis talks with general manager Adriano Galliani yesterday.
Defeat to Atalanta has left Milan sitting in mid-table and their Champions League qualifying chances becoming more remote.
Corriere della Sera says Berlusconi phoned Galliani yesterday to express his concerns.
"I'm worried. We may not get in the Champions League this year either, meaning 60 million to 70 million in lost revenue. For years now I've lost money with Milan," Berlusconi told his No2.
Berlusconi will visit the Milanello training HQ on Friday to meet with the players and staff. He will seek tactical answers from coach Pippo Inzaghi, including his failure to select a recognised striker in his three-man attack.
