Berlusconi discusses AC Milan sale: I could go alone

AC Milan president Silvio Berlusconi admits there's still no decision about selling a stake in the club.

Berlusconi says he's speaking with several foreign groups about Milan's sale.

He told Italia 7 Gold: "I think the situation now is clear. In the world of football arrived foreign capital, as is the case of Qatar. A single family cannot stand the competition.

"There are the clubs with 300,000 members in Italy and for various reasons this is not possible. I thought and still think that we can find on the international market a buyer, addressing also states that can improve their brand image with Milan.

"Everyone I talked to, they asked me to stay because the Milan brand is associated with Berlusconi.

"If this thing goes on, we will return to being competitive in Italy, in Europe and in the World. If it does not happen I will continue to make sacrifices alone."
