AC Milan patron Silvio Berlusconi has rubbished reports of plans to sell the club.

"It is the press," he said, "in reality this does not exist.

"A succession plan? There's at least 100 people who can succeed me! I'm investing in an institution that I want to give a life expectancy to of 120 years. We think of the match against Siena on Saturday and then to the derby.
