AC Milan owner Silvio Berlusconi has cast fresh doubt on the sale of the club.
Berlusconi also took a swipe at Inter Milan president Erick Thohir as he reconsiders selling up.
"If someone came along who would guarantee an annual influx of capital to match the levels of the other big European clubs, I'd make a sacrifice and sell Milan," he told Telenord.
"I never saw Milan as a commercial enterprise and the club accounts were always separate from my business group."
Berlusconi slammed Thohir, who took over from Massimo Moratti last year.
"Moratti sold the club to Thohir, who doesn't seem to have the intention or the capability to bring new capital and make Inter a protagonist in Italy and Europe.
"I, however, am looking for someone who is able to inject fresh funds and keep the side competitive at home and abroad."
