Christian Benteke is keen to discuss new terms at Aston Villa.
Villa chairman Randy Lerner is willing to upgrade Benteke's terms at the end of the season.
However, the Express & Star says Benteke could demand a trigger fee clause like Demba Ba's at Newcastle in his next Aston Villa contract with big clubs showing an interest.
