Rafa Benitez admits he regrets taking the job at Inter Milan.

The Spaniard took the post in 2010, but found his hands tied in the transfer market.

Benitez went to Inter to replace Jose Mourinho after their Treble winning season.

He recalled, "I made a mistake in joining as coach when they were unable to make signings, due to Financial Fair Play.

“I made a similar mistake at Everton, joining when they were unable to invest after years of overspending."
