Napoli coach Rafa Benitez wants to lure Chelsea striker Fernando Torres to Italy.

The Daily Express says Benitez, who did so much to lift the striker out of the doldrums during his six months as interim boss at Chelsea, would like Torres with him at Napoli if the Italians lose their star Uruguayan, Edinson Cavani.

The Serie A outfit would probably be prepared to pay upwards of £35m if pushed - or accept a Torres-plus-cash offer.
