Newcastle United boss Rafa Benitez doesn't want to see any of his midfield sold.

Newcastle have already told Manchester United that rising star Sean Longstaff is not for sale, says the Daily Star.

But doubts hang over the Toon futures of Mo Diame, Isaac Hayden and Jonjo Shelvey.

Diame is almost certain to leave on a free transfer with his appeal for a new two-year deal falling on deaf ears.

And Isaac Hayden has told Benitez that he wants to move south for personal reasons.

Shelvey struggled for game-time last season and admits he may have to leave Newcastle if he's not guaranteed regular first team football.
