Swansea City striker Nicolas Oliveira was delighted to score in victory at Newcastle United.

It was his first goal since his January arrival on-loan from Benfica.

Oliveira told WalesOnline: "It meant a lot to me because I needed this goal for more confidence. I felt relief because it was my first and after this it can be easier. I needed it because know I feel I have the confidence to be better.

"It would be good to stay but I am not thinking about it at the moment. The club know I'm happy here and know I will work hard for them, but we have four matches left and I will go into the games thinking about helping the team and not my future. Afterwards we can talk about it."
