Benfica striker Oscar Tevez has opened the door to a move to Manchester City.

Cardozo has caught the eye of Roberto Mancini this season and scouts from City watched him in action during Benfica's Europa League clashes against Liverpool.

The Paraguayan's agent Jorge Latches said: "Oscar will not close the door on anyone for next season. Let's see if someone makes an offer this summer - if it suited Benfica then we would study it. The boy is happy at the club but it is normal to want to improve as a player."
