Benfica's Javi Garcia is on the verge of joining Manchester City according to Sky Sports.
The Portuguese club and the English champions have reportedly agreed a £16million fee for the 25-year old Spanish defensive midfielder.
City have swooped for Garcia after selling Nigel de Jong to AC Milan and it is believed that the loose ends on the deal are now being tied up.
