Quique Sanchez Flores is in talks with Atletico Madrid.
Portuguese television RTP says Sanchez Flores is already negotiating a release from the final year of his Benfica deal ahead of returning to Spain in the summer.
The former Valencia coach will succeed Abel Resino at Atletico and could bring with him Benfica's Uruguayan winger Maxi Pereira.
