Tal Ben Haim is looking to bounce back from his international disappointment with Chelsea this weekend.
"But to be honest, we played against a better team, better quality and the better team won the game."
The defender, who has made five appearances since signing from Bolton over the summer, confesses he might be in hiding for a while from the likes of John Terry, Shaun Wright-Phillips and Coles Ashley and Joe, saying: "After I lose I can't speak, when you lose you need to keep quiet."
For now though it is back to customary club football, a change in mentality that Ben-Haim has no trouble making.
He said: "It's not my first year as an international playing in England, so it's not a problem with the switch. The national team is history and we concentrate on the results here and the club."
