Everton winger Kevin Mirallas has implored his Belgian teammates to realise that they are the best team in the world.
The Belgium national team have recently appointed former EvertonRoberto Martinez as their head coach and Arsenal hero Thierry Henry as their assistant and Mirallas now wants the players to fulfil their true potential.
"Every paper has said that this Belgium team is the best," he said.
"It's true but you need a team to realise that.
"Before we had a lot of individuality but not a team, now I hope we will have both and win something because with this generation we need to win something."
Mirallas was not a part of the Marc Wilmots-managed Belgian team which bowed out to Wales at the quarter-final stage at Euro2016 but has been recalled by Martinez for this weekend's opening 2018 World Cup qualifier against Cyprus in Nicosia.
