Belgium coach Roberto Martinez says Eden Hazard will transform Spanish football.

The former Chelsea star was presented to 50,000 Real Madrid fans on Thursday as their latest Galactico.

"[Hazard] is a stellar signing as there are many talented players who play at Real Madrid, but there are not many who can lead a project at a club like that," Martinez told Radio MARCA.

"Eden Hazard is a person who has innate magic, a perfect personality, a winning attitude for the group and he is an essential player; the best that can be found in world football.

Martinez feels the transfer is not just a win for Real Madrid, but for the league as a whole.

"It is a signing that will change the future of Spanish football," he stated.

"His signing for Madrid was born when he was very young, as it is a dream for him since he admired Zidane.

"They are going to have a very special relationship, with a lot of respect and admiration.

"Zidane is going to give Hazard what he needs and LaLiga has gained a star signing that will change Spanish football."
