Belgium coach Roberto Martinez is coy over whether he can fit Leandro Trossard and Eden Hazard in the same team.

Debate is raging in Belgium over whether Brighton attacker Trossard and Real Madrid's Hazard can complement eachother.

Martinez said, “It is my responsibility to select players who form the best team. Only players who are in shape will play. If the so-called legends play, it's because they deserve it!"

Hazard is one of the players who seems to be 'out of shape' at the moment.

“If you don't play matches at your club, it's very difficult to be ready for a World Cup. He will be judged like any other player," Martinez said about his captain.

"We need to see the players competing for position.

“I don't say Trossard is better than Hazard until you see that a player who has given so much doesn't give it to you anymore. That is not the case at the moment."
