Valon Behrami revealed Fiorentina teammate Juan Manuel Vargas has apologised for recent behaviour.

Vargas was frozen out last week when staying out late before big games and not attending training sessions on time while on international duty with Peru.

"The Vargas issue is closed. Juan already has his head towards the next match with Catania," said Behrami.

"He is training very well this week and will certainly give us a big helping hand. I am also enthusiastic to be part of this squad and to play for Fiorentina, which is reflected in my performances."
