Rangers midfielder Alejandro Bedoya has revealed he felt inspired after listening to a speech from Charles Green.
The man leading the consortium that is trying to get Rangers FC out of administration addressed the players after the final game of the recently-completed season and USA international Bedoya knew then that this could be the man to help at Ibrox.
"Since the end of the season I've not heard very much about what's going on.
"I'm in the States right now and haven't been reading too much on it.
"But I just remember after the last game Mr Green came in and spoke to us and said some things which were awe-inspiring.
"I took great encouragement from what he had to say.
"It was just a brief speech after the game against St Johnstone but I think he was impressed with the victory.
"He said he wanted to keep the team intact before giving us an idea of what he was planning to do.
"As players we still don't know what the future holds but hopefully we'll hear from the club pretty soon.""It's been a difficult time for everybody - players, staff and obviously the supporters. There is so much uncertainty it makes things worse," he told SunSport.
